We've just finished typing in James Buck's paper on the history of Belmont (whew). We're very excited that he has allowed us to make it available to folks. He wrote it for a graduate class at the University of Virginia in 1980. The changes which have occurred in Belmont since its inception in 1893 are fascinating, as are the dramatic changes since he wrote it.
